Do you mean in email? Try adding those people to trusted senders by right clicking the email in the list of emails, select junk mail, and add sender to safe senders list. That will bypass Outlook’s filter, and maybe McAfee is smart enough to detect that also. I haven’t used it for 10 years, it was so annoying, I use AVG, which is annoyance free.
