There is a “The Beach” water park, but it’s also a beach and has a wedding area with a beach all to itself. It’s located in Ohio. It looks tropical and what not, for probably Half(or less) than the price of going thousands of miles away just for a 15 minute ceremony and 4 hours of partying…

For legal requirements in Aruba have a look here http://www.aruba.com/specializedvacation… you will need to make sure you have completed all the correct paperwork to avoid any problems.
Would agree that using a resort wedding planner would make your wedding planning easier, spend your time there in Feb having a look at all the venues available and try and see some weddings taking place.
You will need to send your invites out earlier so that people can make travel arrangements.

Take your stuff that you want to wear. Maybe make arrangement for flowers and the officient and places for people to sit. You might want to talk to the hotel to block some rooms for guest who want to stay at the hotel for your wedding.
